A stand under the food sector promotion programme

A 60 m² section of the stand in the Savoury Food sector has been set up as an information and promotion area under the 2024–2029 food sector promotion programme (BRAND HUB). Nineteen companies are using its B2B meeting area free of charge or displaying promotional materials there. The BRAND HUB area also hosts daily cooking demonstrations by chefs from Poland, introducing visitors from around the world to signature Polish dishes and our culinary traditions.

The SIAL Innovation competition

The organisers of the Paris fair place great emphasis on showcasing new products and on the SIAL Innovation competition, in which Polish products also compete and receive recognition. One of the products that impressed this year’s jury was raspberry seed flour, obtained during raspberry processing and marketed under the Oleje Milo brand by Oleowita Oil Sp. z o.o. The jury recognised the transformation of an undervalued ingredient into a nutritious, high-quality food product.

Why does SIAL Paris matter?

Held in Paris since 1964, the fair has a global reach and considerable international influence. Above all, it provides an excellent platform for connecting with prospective business partners from France and around the world in one place. Polish companies exhibiting under the “Poland tastes good” banner can establish trade contacts, win new customers in international markets and strengthen relationships with existing business partners.

SIAL Paris is a launchpad for new products, ingredients, functional foods and sustainability ideas that shape the direction of the entire food sector.

Regular participation in SIAL Paris helps exhibitors establish new business contacts and consolidate their position in the industry. For food businesses, the fair is an essential fixture in the October calendar in even-numbered years.
