About Company
Contimax is a leading food manufacturer with over 32 years of experience in the industry. The company was founded as a fish processing plant specialising in herring, even though its headquarters are in Bochnia — closer to the mountains than to the sea. For over three decades, Contimax has remained a family-run business, managed by its founders and relying entirely by Polish capital.
Currently, Contimax operates four state-of-the-art production facilities and employs around 750 skilled workers. The company’s portfolio comprises over 200 high-quality products, including fish marinades, ready meals, smoked fish (mainly mackerel and salmon), tinned fish and frozen products, with a particular focus on salmon.
