Aksam was established in 1993 and has remained a family-owned Polish company ever since. Our history began with a single product Beskidzkie Paluszki which consistently strengthened its position in the FMCG market. Today, Aksam is a leading producer of baked snacks, employing over 600 people. We manage the Beskidzkie Przekąski brand for the domestic market and our export brand, Soleo, which underwent a redesign in 2025 to better meet the needs of international consumers.
While rooted in the Beskidy region, we operate as a technically advanced enterprise. Investments in multi-lines for pretzel and bagel production, along with the expansion of our facilities, ensure product quality and consistency. Our portfolio includes sticks, pretzels, crackers, mini bagels, peanuts, and popcorn, as well as children’s snacks and licensed products.
Our production processes meet high quality and ethical standards, as confirmed by BRC, IFS, and SMETA (4-pillar) certifications. We also hold Kosher and V-Label certifications.
We reduce our environmental impact through specific technical solutions. We aim to use 100% green energy, utilizing PV installations on our buildings. We employ heat recovery systems from our baking ovens for facility heating and utility water, while our on-site wastewater neutralization plant ensures the safety of local ecosystems. We demonstrate that large-scale production can be both efficient and sustainable.
Under our “Clean Label” philosophy, we prioritize product composition. Currently, 98.9% of our products are palm oil-free (replaced by Polish rapeseed oil), and 99.9% are low in saturated fats. We are optimizing our packaging: 92% of our foil is recyclable, and 100% of our collective packaging is recyclable, much of it sourced from recovered materials. We currently export to 40 countries, including Italy, South Africa, and emerging markets in the Near and Far East.
