Brodnickie Zakłady Żelatyny Sp. z o.o. is the only gelatine producer in Poland with history dating back to 1937. We are a family company, combining the experience of many generations with modern approach to quality, innovation and business relations.
We specialise in the production of pork gelatine, which is applied in many sectors – from food industry (jelly candies, meat products, desserts), through pharmacy (capsule production), cosmetic sector to biotechnological and medical products (for example gelatine used for creation of 3D printed bionic pancreas).
Our aim is to provide a natural, safe and versatile raw material addressing the needs of customers all over the world. Our gelatine meets the highest quality and safety standards, which is confirmed by the BRC, ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 certificates. Our raw material is GMO-, allergen- and artificial additive-free and the production process allows full traceability.
Flexible structure and direct contact with customer enables us to tailor our offer to the specific needs of our recipients – both large production plants and smaller companies or individual customers.
We operate globally, exporting gelatine to many countries around the worlds. At the same time, we are proud of our Polish roots and local values, which we translate into responsible and long-term business relations.
Since 2024 we have been selling on-line, enabling purchase of our gelatine in smaller packaging by the individual customers, who increasingly use them for health-conscious purposes.
