From 8-11 September this year, the Polish national Poland tastes good stand makes its debut at Fine Food Australia, the continent’s largest food industry event.
What makes this trade fair different is that it is intended exclusively for food professionals, mainly from Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
Poland is represented by 11 companies, offering Australian customers such products as processed fish products and caviar, sweets (pralines, chocolates, candy, drops, cakes and doughnuts), preserves, additives (ketchup and mustard), rice wafers, as well as processed cheese and various snacks, from hummus to stuffed peppers.
This year’s Fine Food Australia brings together more than 1,000 exhibitors and nearly 25,000 visitors. The hall contains a presentation of a full cross-section of products: from bread and confectionery to innovative drinks and catering solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to present Polish products to a wide international audience.
Poland is one of the top EU countries exporting agri-food products to Australia, ranking eighth in 2024. The value of our exports amounted to EUR 156 million, which represents approximately 15% of total exports from Poland to Australia. These results show that Polish products are increasingly making their presence felt in the Australian market – and Fine Food Australia is the perfect opportunity to showcase this presence to a wide international audience.
