The National Support Centre for Agriculture (KOWR) is a Polish governmental agency, supervised by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
The KOWR is the main institution implementing promotion measures in the agri-food sector in Poland.
A strong brand of Polish food products is built under a common slogan: “Poland tastes good”. Building a positive image and recognition of Polish food abroad under the “Poland tastes good” brand is one of the main tasks of the National Support Centre for Agriculture.

ELITA
Elita Grupa Producentów Owoców Sp. z o.o. was established in 2009 by a group of orchardists. Today, we have 25 fruit producers cultivating a total area of 200 hectares. Our orchards are located in central Poland. We have storage facilities and controlled-atmosphere cold rooms with a capacity of 5,000 tonnes, enabling us to ensure regular deliveries of fresh apples and pears all year round, as well as blueberries and plums in season. One of our orchardists produces natural NFC juices based on pressed apple juice. These juices are made from healthy fruit, contain no preservatives, no added water, and retain naturally occurring sugars – with over 50 different flavours available.

The company’s flagship is the production of mechanically deboned poultry meat (chicken MDM, MPM and MSM) of 1 mm, 3mm and 4mm diameter. LACTIMA is a processed cheese producer from Poland. Our factory is based in Morag, in a Warmian – Masurian province, known as a thousand lakes area. As the first Polish company ever to produce individually wrapped slices, since 1989 we managed to successfully develop our products range to meet our customer needs and cover all sales channels. Moreover slices, portions, spreads in cups, pouches and bars are available in many different tastes and formats. We also have cream cheese products, butter and margarine in small cups in our portfolio.
