The National Support Centre for Agriculture, in accordance with the strategy defined by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, as part of implementing measures promoting Polish agri-food products in foreign markets, once again organised the Polish national stand at the Thaifex Anuga Asia fair, which was held on 23-27 May 2023 in Bangkok, Thailand.
\nThe Thaifex Anuga Asia fair is one of the largest and most important food fairs in Asia. In 2022, the above-mentioned event was attended by more than 1,600 exhibitors from 35 countries and the number of visitors exceeded 50 thousand people.
\nAt the Polish national stand, the export offer was presented by the companies representing the following sectors: meat products, sweets, apples, frozen fruit and vegetables, freeze-dried fruit, nonpareils and drag\u00e9es, craft beers, juices, fruit cocktails and organic food.
\nThe stand also hosted cooking shows, during which the visitors to the fair could taste traditional and regional Polish dishes served by the Polish chefs. The Polish national stand was opened by Waldemar Dubaniowski \u2013 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland to the Kingdom of Thailand.
