KOWR organised a national stand for the third time at this biennial trade fair. This year’s event shifts the TUTTOFOOD exhibition cycle to even years.

This year, 19 companies presented themselves in Milan under the Poland tastes good banner. The fair has long attracted strong interest from Polish entrepreneurs. Eight entrepreneurs took part in the first national stand organised by KOWR in 2023.

From 11 to 14 May 2026, Polish producers and exporters of food and beverages sought importers and distributors in the capital of Lombardy for products such as frozen and freeze-dried fruit and vegetables, NFC juices, vegetable preserves, dairy products, fish products, chocolates, biscuits and other sweets, cereal wafers, instant coffees and cereal beverages, nut and fruit pastes and spreads, energy drinks and ready meals.

Food is an important part of Italian culture and lifestyle. For this reason, the national stand naturally featured culinary demonstrations during which Polish chefs presented typical dishes of traditional Polish cuisine at their best.

TUTTOFOOD is a platform for presenting both traditional and new products and for learning about the latest trends in the food and packaging industries. Because Italy is a relationship-oriented country, the organisers of TUTTOFOOD also emphasise that, during the four days of the fair, Milan should be an important place for networking and for establishing and consolidating business relationships. Recent editions have also shown a clear tendency towards the internationalisation of the fair.

The Italian food sector is the second most important branch of Italian industry, after metallurgy, and one of the hallmarks of the “Made in Italy” brand. Climatic diversity, regional distinctiveness, traditions, and cultural and historical conditions have led to the emergence of a large number of small, often family-run companies that focus on strengthening the uniqueness of their products.

The food market in Italy is characterised by strong demand for high-quality products: fresh, local and certified. Among distribution channels, both traditional small shops and supermarket chains play an important role. There is certainly room in this market for good-quality and competitively priced products from Poland, particularly unique products. This is also confirmed by export data. Italy is our fifth-largest recipient of agri-food products in the European Union. In 2025, sales to Italy reached EUR 2.8 billion, an increase of 7% compared with 2024.

Catalogue of Polish exhibitors at TUTTOFOOD 2026 – EN

On 11 May 2026, TUTTOFOOD, Italy’s largest food and beverage fair, opened in Milan.
