From 21 to 24 April 2026, KOWR organised the Polish national stand for the fifth time, under the banner “Poland tastes good”, at the Food & Hospitality Asia (FHA) fair in Singapore.

During this year’s FHA, 14 companies from the food sector were promoting Polish food at the KOWR stand in Singapore. Polish exhibitors were showcasing the following products in Singapore: NFC juices, freeze-dried fruit and vegetables, dried vegetables, grains, dried fruits and nuts, confectionery (pralines, chocolates, biscuits, fudge, chocolate bars, jellies, candies, meringues, straws and puffed corn), dairy products (UHT milk and cream, milk powders, butter, lactose-free dairy products), kabanosi sausages and dry sausages, frozen ready meals, vodkas, liqueurs and other alcohol products. The KOWR stand also hosted cooking demonstrations, during which visitors to the fair could sample traditional Polish dishes.

The stand was officially opened on 21 April 2026 by: Małgorzata Gromadzka – State Secretary at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Tadeusz Chomicki – Polish Ambassador to Singapore, and Tomasz Ciodyk – Deputy Director General of KOWR.

As part of the additional activities accompanying Polish participation in the Singapore trade fair on 20 April, a networking session was organised for businesspeople, attended by delegations from Central and Eastern European countries, including Poland, and potential importers from Singapore. The event was organised by the Polish Embassy and the PAIH Foreign Trade Office in Singapore, as well as a store-check at local retail chains selling imported food.

The FHA fair is one of the largest and most important food sector trade fairs in South-East Asia. Singapore is an attractive market for Polish food exports, with significant import potential, because in addition to domestic demand, Singapore also serves as a re-export hub for the South-East Asian region. In 2026, the trade fair organisers expected over 2,750 exhibitors and more than 80,000 visitors from 115 countries and regions.

In 2025, the value of Polish agricultural and food exports to Singapore stood at €29.1 million. The most common products exported to Singapore included: animal feed (22%), dairy products (21%), cereal and flour products (12%), pork and pork offal (11%), sugar (6%) and confectionery (5%). The share of dairy products in exports to Singapore has increased compared to 2024.

The positive experiences of Singaporeans during the COVID-19 pandemic have contributed to the confidence in Poland as a stable trading partner. Six years ago, the Singaporean government announced plans to diversify its sources of agricultural and food product supplies, a move which was beneficial for Poland. The items in demand at the time included eggs – of which Singapore is a major consumer – and frozen products (vegetables, poultry and seafood). In 2024, the Singaporean market opened up to Polish beef, creating new opportunities for expansion in the animal-derived products sector.

Link to the catalogue of exhibitors participating in the FHA 2026 fair under the “Poland tastes good” banner:

FHA 2026 Exhibitor Directory – ENG

The National Centre for Agricultural Support continues to promote Polish food in Singapore and facilitates the entry of Polish exporters onto the Singaporean market.
