{"id":2429,"date":"2021-05-10T12:18:53","date_gmt":"2021-05-10T10:18:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.polandtastesgood.pl\/uncategorized\/polish-national-stand-under-the-theme-poland-tastes-good-during-at-the-worldfood-poland-virtual-expo\/"},"modified":"2021-08-06T09:06:35","modified_gmt":"2021-08-06T07:06:35","slug":"polish-national-stand-under-the-theme-poland-tastes-good-during-at-the-worldfood-poland-virtual-expo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.polandtastesgood.pl\/en\/news\/polish-national-stand-under-the-theme-poland-tastes-good-during-at-the-worldfood-poland-virtual-expo\/","title":{"rendered":"Polish national stand under the theme POLAND TASTES GOOD during at the WorldFood Poland Virtual Expo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">On 20-22 April 2021 the National Support Centre for Agriculture (KOWR) organised a virtual Polish national stand under the theme POLAND TASTES GOOD during the 7th edition of the International Food &amp; Drink Exhibition \u2013 WorldFood Poland Virtual Expo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The purpose of the stand was to support Polish food producers and exporters and to build a positive brand image of Polish food among foreign customers, and above all to create a contact point for companies wishing to start cooperation with Polish suppliers of top quality food and beverages.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Fifteen companies from the agri-food sector presented their offer at the Polish national stand, as part of the <em>WorldFood<\/em> and <em>EcoFood<\/em> exhibition zones, offering such products as:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">milk and dairy products (cheese, curd cheese, yoghurt, etc.),<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">meat and meat products, including poultry (chicken and turkey),<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">fresh fruit and vegetables, both conventional and organic produce,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">frozen fruit and vegetables, mushrooms and herbs, conventionally grown and organic,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">preserved, dried and freeze-dried fruit and vegetables,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">juices and concentrates, NFC pressed juices, conventional and organic,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">frozen and smoked fish (salmon, salmon trout, mackerel, pickled and canned fish),<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">sweets, conventional and organic,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">cereal products: pasta, breadmaking mixes, products based on blue corn, healthy, gluten-free and organic cereal crisps,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">single spices and seasoning mixes, mustards, horseradish preserves, fruit vinegars,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">teas, coffees, herbal teas,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">dietary supplements, fruit fibres.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The main part of the WorldFood Poland exhibition consisted of meetings and networking among participants, held via a virtual platform. The event also featured talks, lectures and panel discussions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The speakers included representatives of the government, state and non-governmental institutions, experts and entrepreneurs, as well as representatives of the media, whose contribution attracted great interest. The conferences organised during WorldFood Poland exhibition were attended by over 1.5\u00a0thousand participants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Each day of the event was divided into thematic blocks related to current issues and challenges faced by the food industry.
