The world’s largest trade fair for sweets and snacks was held in Cologne, Germany, from January 28-31, 2024. This year, nearly 1,400 exhibitors participated in ISM Cologne, including 57 exhibitors from Poland.
\nThe National Support Centre for Agriculture (KOWR) in line with the strategy defined by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, as part of its activities to promote Polish agri-food products on foreign markets, once again organized a national stand under the slogan “Poland tastes good.”
\nAt the Polish stand, more than a dozen Polish companies from the sweets and snacks industry presented their export offer, offering such products as chocolate products, candies, gingerbread, cakes, cereal wafers and gluten-free products.
\nThe Polish booth was very popular among visitors to the fair. Polish entrepreneurs had the opportunity to hold many talks with potential business partners.
\nPoland is the third EU exporter of sweets. In 2022, sweets from Poland were sold to 154 countries worldwide.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
